Lord God, whose days are without end and whose mercies beyond counting, keep us mindful that life is short and the hour of death is unknown.  Let your Spirit guide our days on earth in the ways of holiness and justice, that we may serve you in union with the whole Church, sure in faith, strong in hope, perfect in love.  And when our earthly journey is ended, lead us rejoicing into your  kingdom, where you live for ever and ever.  Amen.

Communion Reflection

  • To Let Go Does Not Mean to Stop Caring; it means You Can’t Do it for Someone Else.
  • To Let Go is not to Cut Yourself Off; it is the Realisation You Can’t Control Another.
  • To Let Go is Not to Enable, but to Allow Learning from Natural Consequences.
  • To Let Go is to Admit Powerlessness; which means the Outcome is Not in your Hands.
  • To Let Go is Not to Try to Change or Blame Another; It’s to make the Most of Yourself.
  • To Let Go is Not to Care For; but to Care About
  • To Let Go is not to Fix; but to be Supportive.
  • To Let Go is not to Judge; but to Allow Another to be a human Being.
  • To Let Go is Not to Deny, but to Accept.
  • To Let Go is Not to Regret the Past; but to Grow and Live for the Future.

To Let Go Is to Fear Less and Love More.
